Join a global leader in agriculture as we transform our IT operations. As an Automation & Monitoring Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our IT Operations Center by driving innovation through automation, observability, and Artificial Intelligence.

Missions principales

• Define the strategic roadmap, operational model, and standards for automation, monitoring, and observability.
• Develop and maintain advanced platforms for automation, telemetry, alerting, and workflow orchestration.
• Establish high-quality development standards, including scripting, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and comprehensive documentation.
• Integrate automation into ITSM processes to streamline service management.
• Lead AI integration initiatives to reduce noise, improve incident triage, and implement self-healing (auto-remediation) capabilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and automate manual processes using AI-driven solutions.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or DevOps environments.
• Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and data-driven observability.
• Ability to manage prioritization processes and ensure the reliability of critical monitoring tools.

Competences requises

• Expertise in Automation & Orchestration (Workflow engines, Scripting).
• Deep understanding of Observability & Telemetry (Monitoring, Alerting, Data Quality).
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications for IT Operations (AIOps).
• Proficiency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and ITSM frameworks.
