About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to join our remote team. You will turn complex web data into clear insights that drive strategic decisions, improve website performance, and boost conversion rates.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
- Analyze traffic patterns, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and manage easy‑to‑understand dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.
- Regularly audit tracking implementations to detect and resolve data gaps.
- Provide proactive, actionable recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness and ROI.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup supply.
Required skills
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) expertise.
- Experience with Looker Studio/Data Studio and Tableau for data visualization.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for tag implementation.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages (optional).
- Understanding of Adobe Analytics (optional).
