Business Development Officer, Direct Sales Agent & Marketing Intern

About the role

Fairpoint Corporate Services, a professional services firm based in Gaborone, Botswana, is expanding its team. We are looking for a Business Development Officer to identify new market opportunities, Direct Sales Agents to promote and sell our products directly to consumers, and a PR & Marketing Intern to support our brand‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and secure new business leads, pitch services to corporate clients, and negotiate contracts (Business Development Officer).
• Conduct face‑to‑face product presentations, meet daily sales targets, gather customer feedback, and provide excellent service (Direct Sales Agent).
• Create social‑media content, write press releases, assist in planning promotional events, and monitor media coverage (PR & Marketing Intern).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field and at least 3 years of sales or business‑development experience (Business Development Officer).
• Diploma or equivalent with prior sales or promotion experience; confident, persuasive and self‑motivated (Direct Sales Agent).
• Graduate in PR, Marketing or Media with strong written and verbal communication skills (PR & Marketing Intern).
