About the role
The Business Resilience & Information Risk Manager will act as a trusted advisor to implement and manage Standard Bank's Information Risk and Business Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, mitigate and treat information and business continuity risks across the country operation.
- Deliver the Business Continuity lifecycle including impact analysis, recovery strategy, plan development, testing, exercising and governance.
- Analyse risk posture for cyber, technology, third‑party, regulatory compliance, and legal risks.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years experience defending information against unauthorized use, access, modification, disclosure or destruction.
- 3‑4 years experience delivering business continuity programmes and engaging multiple stakeholders.

- Information Security Management
- Risk Identification, Risk Acceptance and Risk Response Strategy
- Evaluation of Risk Management Effectiveness
