Consultant – PrEP Ring Policy and Advocacy

About the role

The consultancy supports the next phase of Botswana's PrEP Ring introduction by driving policy engagement, stakeholder readiness, and evidence‑based decision‑making to integrate the PrEP Ring into national HIV prevention guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support evidence‑based decision‑making and policy adoption through high‑level stakeholder engagement, policy briefings, and development of policy, evidence, and investment products.
• Facilitate private‑sector preparedness by engaging healthcare providers, professional associations, and clinical networks.
• Ensure introduction planning reflects end‑user perspectives, coordinates across partners, and documents lessons learned and strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Provide a CV or company profile detailing qualifications, relevant experience, and references.
• Submit a capability statement (max 2 pages) summarizing technical expertise and past work on introduction, adoption, and scale‑up of new health products or technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in policy development, stakeholder coordination, and health‑technology advocacy.
