Hospitality Sales Executive – Gaborone & Francistown

About the role

Lesaka Merchant Division (Hospitality) is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth across hospitality venues in Gaborone and Francistown. You will help businesses improve efficiency and customer experience through smart payment and POS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify and develop opportunities within restaurants, cafés and other hospitality venues.
• Build trusted relationships with owners and decision‑makers.
• Promote Lesaka’s payment and POS solutions, ensuring visibility and value.
• Understand client operational needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Deliver professional product demonstrations and oversee smooth onboarding.
• Install, configure and provide basic troubleshooting for POS devices.
• Maintain accurate pipelines, CRM updates and sales forecasts.
• Process contracts efficiently and highlight new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in fintech, hospitality tech or product‑driven environments.
• Track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Ability to install and support POS or similar devices.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong business acumen.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between Gaborone, Francistown and surrounding areas.
