About the role
We are seeking a Hub Expert to join our team in Botswana. In this position you will provide face‑to‑face support to drivers at the hub, deliver training on our platform, gather feedback and help improve overall driver experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide offline, on‑site support at the driver hub, handling technical and operational issues.
- Conduct training sessions to educate drivers on platform usage and best practices.
- Collect and relay driver feedback to improve services and operations.
- Lead onboarding initiatives and boost customer satisfaction through follow‑up calls and special projects.
Required profile
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and reliable power supply (including backup).
- Team‑oriented attitude with the ability to support colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and develop professional skills.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support (preferred).
- Readiness to work in a hybrid model, primarily on‑site.
