职位概况

负责道路建设项目的现场施工、质量、进度及安全管理，统筹团队目标，确保项目按计划交付。

主要职责

现场施工组织、质量与安全监督，处理突发事件。
制定并落实项目目标、岗位职责及进度计划。
编制施工方案、预决算，审定进度计划并组织实施。
负责项目成本控制、技术变更及经济洽商管理。
编制竣工资料，参与验收交接。

任职要求

本科以上学历，工民建、规划、建筑类相关专业。
8年以上建筑行业工程管理经验，有海外道路项目经验者优先。
熟悉国家及地方建筑法规、行业规范，具备项目全流程管理能力。
具备较强的计划、组织、协调及沟通能力，能承担较大压力。

必备技能

熟悉建筑法规及行业标准。
具备项目管理与成本控制能力。
