Part-Time Techxpert Technician

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time Techxpert Technician to support the maintenance and optimisation of our technical systems. The role involves applying your knowledge of IT hardware, software installations and networking to improve productivity across our retail locations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair IT hardware components in stores and offices.
• Perform software installations and updates on company devices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Support internal and external networking systems where required.
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system efficiency.

Required profile

• Matriculation (high school) qualification.
• COMPTIA A+ certification (Essentials and Core).
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage stress and resolve conflicts.

Required skills

• IT hardware repair.
• Software installation.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
