Project Manager – Luxury Eco‑Glamping Development

About the role

Sehudi Nature Park is transforming into an ultra‑exclusive boutique glamping destination that blends rugged luxury with sustainable design. We are looking for a highly organized and assertive Project Manager to lead the development phase, acting as the single point of contact for all contractors, engineers, and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily construction schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, and keep the project on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and hold accountable builders, MEP engineers, and off‑grid utility vendors to meet strict design specifications.
• Oversee quality control to ensure high‑end finishes align with the “rugged luxury” aesthetic while preserving natural landscape and tree cover.
• Prepare concise weekly progress and financial variance reports for the Founder & CEO.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial property, high‑end residential, or safari/hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑vendor sites and interpret architectural/engineering blueprints.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and an entrepreneurial, results‑driven attitude.
