Regional Manager – South East

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Regional Manager to lead our South East retail region, overseeing 11 stores and driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver commercial, operational and people KPIs across the region.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers and their teams to create a high‑performance culture.
• Manage the colleague lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, talent development and retention.
• Ensure consistent operational standards and a superior customer experience in every showroom.
• Champion company initiatives, communicate clearly and provide visible leadership.
• Identify and implement improvements to business performance, systems and processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading multiple retail locations or a geographically dispersed operation.
• Strong commercial, sales and P&L management background with a track record of meeting targets.
• Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent people‑management skills, including recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Good understanding of retail operations, compliance and Health & Safety requirements.
