Senior SAP Business One Manager (Botswana, Regional Scope)

About the role

RPC Data Limited, a technology services company specialising in system implementation, support, maintenance, strategic IT planning, software development and project management, is looking for a Senior SAP Business One Manager to lead ERP initiatives in Botswana and across Southern Africa. The role combines business development, project delivery and team leadership. Candidates must be based in Botswana and willing to travel for regional assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business development and pre-sales activities.
• Lead SAP Business One implementations from start to finish.
• Provide ongoing system support, maintenance and optimisation.
• Manage project planning, estimation, execution and monitoring.
• Mentor and develop ERP consultants and support staff.
• Oversee integration of add-ons such as Payroll, POS, HR and CRM solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of SAP Business One experience, including SQL and HANA.
• Proven expertise in ERP lifecycle management.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to be based in Botswana with flexibility for regional assignments.
