Teacher – Corporate Training

About the role

The Teacher will design and deliver educational programmes for staff, agents and other learners at Botswana Life Insurance Limited in Gaborone. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on developing learning and skill‑building initiatives that support the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and training materials aligned with organisational goals.
• Facilitate classroom‑style sessions and workshops using diverse teaching methods.
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate attendance and performance records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure training content reflects current industry practices and company policies.
• Update training materials regularly to stay current with industry standards.

Required profile

• Experience in designing and delivering training programmes for adult learners.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
• Organisational skills for record‑keeping and progress tracking.
