Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Perform in‑store piercing services safely and professionally.
• Replenish stock throughout the shift and keep the shop well‑presented.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
