Technician – Heavy Vehicle Repair & Maintenance

About the role
The Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance on heavy vehicles. The role combines technical expertise with a commercial mindset to ensure customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery and workplace safety.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the correct information, tools and spare parts are available before any maintenance or repair event.
- Perform maintenance or repair tasks using established methods and standards, completing work safely and on schedule.
- Minimise invoicing lead time after the job by providing clear work descriptions and hand‑over notes for colleagues.
Required profile
- Matric certificate, N3 or equivalent.
- Qualified Diesel Technician with a Trade Test Certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a workshop repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles.
- Residency within Botswana.
