Technician – Repair & Maintenance

About the role

The Technician is responsible for delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance on Scania vehicles. By combining technical expertise with a commercial mindset, the role ensures customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery and safety while supporting the company’s profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare for maintenance or repair events by ensuring the correct information, tools and spare parts are available.
• Execute maintenance or repair tasks using established methods and standards, completing work safely, accurately and on schedule.
• Minimise invoicing lead time after the event by providing clear work descriptions and communicating hand‑over requirements to colleagues.
• Follow defined processes, standards and safety guidelines throughout all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum of one year in the current role.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and safety.
• Ability to work with defined processes and documentation.
• Commitment to integrity, compliance and teamwork.

Required skills

• Repair and maintenance of heavy‑vehicle systems.
• Use of information technology for diagnostics and documentation.
