About the role

The Investment Acceleration Programme (IAP) is a full‑time, two‑year development pathway designed to launch a career in global investing. Participants rotate across investment teams, receive structured training, and gain exposure to Ninety One’s long‑term investment culture.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple investment teams to understand diverse investment approaches.
• Assist senior analysts with credit modelling and financial analysis.
• Prepare and support your CFA qualification studies.
• Contribute to investment research, presentations, and portfolio monitoring.

Required profile

• Strong academic record and intellectual curiosity.
• Genuine passion for investment and global markets.
• Values aligned with ownership, integrity and growth.
• Eligible backgrounds: recently qualified chartered accountants (0‑2 years post‑qualification), technical degree holders with an MBA/CFA/finance master’s, non‑technical degree holders with an MBA/CFA/finance master’s, or recent honours graduates (0‑4 years experience).
