About the role

The Mine Foreman (16.1) will lead underground hard‑rock mining excavation activities at a mine site in Botswana, supervising crews and ensuring safe, efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee underground mining excavation operations
• Supervise excavation crews
• Ensure compliance with mining safety regulations and codes
• Support efficient production and operational targets

Required profile

• Mining or electromechanical vocational school qualification (or higher)
• At least 5 years’ experience supervising underground hard‑rock mining excavation crews
• Strong knowledge of mining safety regulations and codes
• Willingness to work underground shifts
