About the role
We’re seeking a Senior SAP Business One Manager to lead ERP initiatives in Botswana and across Southern Africa. This role combines business development, project delivery, and team leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Drive business development and pre‑sales activities
- Lead SAP B1 implementations end‑to‑end
- Provide ongoing support and optimization
- Manage project planning, estimating, and monitoring
- Mentor and develop ERP consultants and support staff
- Oversee integration of add‑ons (Payroll, POS, HR, CRM)
Required profile
- 10+ years SAP Business One experience (SQL + HANA)
- Proven ERP lifecycle management expertise
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Willingness to be based in Botswana, with flexibility for regional assignments
