About the role
The Receptionist Office Administrator ensures the front‑desk runs smoothly, providing the first point of contact for visitors and handling essential administrative tasks that keep daily operations efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive first impression.
- Answer, direct and manage a multi‑line phone system.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings and book conference rooms.
- Maintain a tidy, professional reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and package deliveries.
- Support office operations with filing, record‑keeping and basic data entry.
- Monitor office supplies, place orders and track inventory.
- Communicate with internal teams and external contacts to resolve inquiries and improve processes.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, clerical or customer‑service role.
- Diploma in Office Administration or Business Management preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, problem‑solving demeanor.
- Valid driver’s licence and current First Aid & CPR certification.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience operating basic office equipment such as printers, scanners and switchboards.
