Associate Consultant

About the role

Vetri Consulting is seeking a contract Associate Consultant to join its Gaborone office. This hybrid position offers flexible work arrangements, including remote days, and involves supporting a variety of consulting projects across enterprise development, strategy, ESG, and corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather data to inform client engagements.
• Analyze financial and operational data, producing clear insights.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for diverse clients.
• Provide strategic and operational recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Engage with clients, manage multiple workstreams, and support ESG and transaction initiatives.

Required profile

• CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
• B.Comm or other business‑related degree.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably with audit or consulting exposure.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, business advisory, or strategy projects.
• Strong client interaction skills and ability to handle several assignments simultaneously.
