Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme (AESPP Boost).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to support the AESPP Boost programme.
• Perform monitoring and evaluation (MEL) activities, including indicator tracking.
• Carry out impact assessments and evidence synthesis for programme results.
• Compile and prepare dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor indicators and report on results under the programme.
• Contribute to evidence synthesis and results reporting.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), evaluation or impact assessment, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience in evidence synthesis, data compilation and preparation of dashboards or performance reports.
