About the role
The Education Recruitment Manager will lead a portfolio of partner agents across Southern and Central Africa, driving student enrolments for Study Group’s higher‑education programmes. You will act as the primary liaison between agents, university partners and internal teams to ensure growth, profitability and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales account plans for each partner agent.
- Generate and convert student applicants through pipeline management.
- Recruit, onboard and train new agents, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Represent Study Group at exhibitions, recruitment events and university visits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide insights for product development.
- Coordinate scholarship budgets and manage financial allocations.
- Deliver brand enablement and product education to agents, academic partners and internal sales teams.
Required profile
- Native speaker of the local language and fluent in English.
- Customer‑service orientation with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in B2B or channel sales, preferably within international education.
