Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will support multiple departments across the region, helping them achieve strategic objectives through people solutions, relationship building, and expert HR advice. You will work closely with line managers to ensure HR processes are executed effectively and align with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the health of talent and people practices across departments.
• Establish, monitor, and coach line managers on HR processes throughout the year.
• Translate business needs into actionable people plans and contribute to the annual Capability Strategy.
• Diagnose performance issues and collaborate with specialist teams to design integrated HR solutions.
• Provide feedback on HR solution effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor organizational performance and supply data for people scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with employee/industrial relations and statutory requirements.
• Participate in HR Operations governance to review service quality and cost.
• Maintain data integrity in SAP HR at the local level.
• Support recruitment for competency‑based hiring and develop coaching capabilities in line managers.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or production environments.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose business problems.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines.
