People Business Partner

About the role

The People Business Partner supports multiple departments across the region, translating business needs into actionable people plans and ensuring the health of talent and HR practices. This role partners with line managers to deliver HR processes, diagnose performance issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor HR processes throughout the year, coaching line managers to ensure excellent execution.
• Translate business needs into organization and people plans that inform the department’s Capability Strategy.
• Diagnose performance problems and collaborate with specialist teams to create integrated HR solutions.
• Provide data for the people/organization scorecard and ensure SAP HR data integrity at the local level.
• Support employee relations, statutory requirements, and HR governance to maintain service quality and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or Sociology.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably in an FMCG or production environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the country.
