Branch Manager – Truck & Trailer Parts (Francistown or Gaborone)

About the role

SAC Commercial Parts Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its truck and trailer parts branches in Botswana, either in Francistown or Gaborone. The role requires a Botswana citizen currently residing in South Africa who is willing to relocate.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with company policies.
• Drive sales, profitability, and market growth within the Botswana market.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff, fostering a high‑performance team.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance service quality.
• Manage stock levels, inventory control, and procurement processes.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance of the branch.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle parts sector.

Required profile

• Botswana citizenship and current residence in South Africa.
• Willingness to relocate to Francistown or Gaborone.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the truck and/or trailer parts industry.
• Previous branch or senior management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle parts and the automotive aftermarket.
• Proven sales, leadership, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Solid financial and operational management skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

• Experience using ERP or business management systems.
