Consultant – Organizational Transformation/Re-structuring

About the role

MTI Consulting is seeking a consultant to lead and manage technical assistance projects focused on organizational transformation and restructuring for regional and international organisations in Sub‑Saharan Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for a period of six months, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Provide expert guidance, resolve project challenges, identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, status updates, negotiations and expectation management.
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and give constructive feedback to project teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Project‑management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
