- Assess incoming information, identify priorities and coordinate actions in consultation with the medical team.
- Manage multiple stakeholders and keep them informed clearly and on time.
- Anticipate logistical and operational challenges and work proactively on solutions.
- Maintain oversight of ongoing cases, ensuring continuity and accountability.
- Produce clear, accurate written communication, reports and case updates.
- Support the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred medical direction support.
Required profile
- Qualified Registered Nurse with at least 3-5 years of practical experience; prior relevant professional experience is an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written English.
- Strong organisational skills and experience coordinating people, services or complex situations.
- Confidence communicating with senior management, international clients, medical professionals and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and stay calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, professional judgement and accountability.
- An advantage: previous experience in healthcare coordination, case management, emergency assistance or medical operations, or experience with international clients, tourism, hospitality or medical assistance sectors.
Required skills
- Critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making.
- Good computer literacy and the ability to handle several cases and communication channels at once.
