Product Presales Engineer – CCTV & Video Surveillance

About the role
We are seeking a Product Presales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gaborone. In this role you will combine technical expertise with sales support to drive innovative CCTV and video surveillance solutions for our clients.
Key responsibilities
- Develop technical materials for product launches.
- Represent products at industry trade shows.
- Advise sales teams on technical solutions.
- Prepare technical product documentation.
- Test company and competitor products to support marketing.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales or presales within the CCTV industry.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
Required skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Video editing
- PowerPoint
- CCTV systems knowledge
- Storage, Transmission, Intercom & Access Control expertise
