Product Presales Engineer

About the role
The Product Presales Engineer will act as the technical bridge between our video surveillance solutions and prospective customers. You will support product launches, represent the portfolio at industry events, and provide strategic advice to the sales team based on customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and proof technical materials for new product introductions.
- Represent the product line at trade shows and industry events.
- Advise sales on solution fit, recommending configurations that meet customer requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed technical overviews, specifications, and documentation.
- Test company and competitor camera features to craft compelling marketing messages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, sales support, sales engineering or product marketing within the video surveillance industry.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, able to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Project management experience.
