Salesperson – Retail Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will sell products, ensure customer satisfaction, and help grow our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through proactive customer engagement and merchandising.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue budgets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Provide attentive, customer‑centric service at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of retail sales experience (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Team‑player with self‑motivation and a drive to meet targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and initiative in problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Basic retail knowledge.
• Extensive product knowledge across all categories.
• Understanding of business policies and procedures.
