Salesperson – Retail Sales Role

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our team. In this role you will sell our products to customers, build lasting relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while contributing to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales through proactive outreach and in‑store merchandising.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue budgets.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow business procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• At least 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation and self‑motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow policies.

Required skills

• Basic retail knowledge.
• Extensive product knowledge across multiple categories.
• Understanding of sales and prospecting processes.
• Familiarity with business policies and procedures.
