Organisational Effectiveness Lead

About the role

The Organisational Effectiveness Lead will partner with business units to diagnose challenges and design programmes that boost organisational performance in line with the Group’s strategy, philosophy and culture. This senior HR professional will drive change, develop talent, and ensure the organisation’s structure and processes support current and future goals.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with business leaders, conduct diagnostics and implement programmes that increase organisational effectiveness.
• Design and roll‑out training plans, upskilling strategies and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and manage budgets aligned with tactical delivery plans.
• Update policies and processes to reflect legislative changes and best practices.
• Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives and promote a culture of trust.
• Standardise organisation design, job architecture and role profiling; conduct role evaluations and audits.
• Partner with Human Capital teams to drive continuous improvement and change management.
• Analyse data and trends to inform decision‑making and enhance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, Organizational Development or related field.
• Post‑graduate qualification (e.g., MBA, specialised HR/OD degree) is an advantage.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or SABPP preferred.
• 8‑10 years of experience in Human Capital, Organizational Development or related disciplines.
