About the role
Sumsub is looking for a Senior Partnership Manager to lead the growth and strategic development of its partnership program across the Middle East. You will be responsible for expanding the partner ecosystem, driving joint business opportunities, and establishing scalable processes in a fast‑moving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with key global partner accounts.
- Build a high‑impact partner network in the Middle East through cold outreach, event engagement, and ecosystem mapping.
- Drive partner enablement, including training, co‑marketing, and sales acceleration initiatives tailored to the region.
- Qualify inbound partnership requests and support partners through evaluation, onboarding, and integration.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools and processes to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales within SaaS.
- Fluent in Arabic with excellent public speaking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of direct vs. channel sales models.
- Experience in crypto, iGaming, fintech, or other regulated, fast‑paced industries.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnerships from the ground up in the MEA region.
- Familiarity with compliance processes such as KYC and AML is a strong advantage.
