About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Opperate’s high‑performance team. You will work remotely, targeting US‑based SaaS companies and helping to build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls and emails to book demos with decision‑makers.
  • Identify influencers within target accounts and generate qualified leads.
  • Design, build and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best practices.
  • Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and accelerate deals.
  • Drive urgency, communicate value and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.

Required profile

  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to work US business hours.
  • Minimum two years of B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and booking meetings.
  • Experience closing deals is a plus.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms.
