Sales Development Representative (Remote SaaS)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join Opperate’s high‑performance team. You will work remotely, targeting US‑based SaaS companies and helping to build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls and emails to book demos with decision‑makers.
- Identify influencers within target accounts and generate qualified leads.
- Design, build and manage outreach cadences and sequences using best practices.
- Maintain clean and accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to hand over qualified opportunities and accelerate deals.
- Drive urgency, communicate value and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work US business hours.
- Minimum two years of B2B technical sales or prospecting experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and booking meetings.
- Experience closing deals is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms.
