About the role

As an Admission Consultant for Sub‑Saharan Africa, you will guide prospective learners through HyperionDev’s tech‑focused bootcamps and university‑partner programs. You will act as a trusted advisor, matching candidates’ career goals with the right course and supporting them from initial contact to enrollment.

Key responsibilities

• Engage qualified leads, assess their education needs and career aspirations.
• Recommend appropriate bootcamp or university‑partner program.
• Manage the end‑to‑end customer journey from lead assignment through enrollment.
• Achieve and exceed monthly enrollment targets.
• Adapt to shift‑hour requirements when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of solution‑based consultation or sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for emerging technologies and their real‑world applications.
• Motivated, ambitious and committed to improving people’s lives through education.
