About the role

We are seeking a Data Science & Analytics Trainer to join our Innovation College campus in Gaborone. This contract position involves designing and delivering high‑impact coursework, workshops, and hands‑on training for students eager to master data‑driven techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously update curriculum for data science and analytics courses.
• Create teaching materials, labs, and assessment tools that reinforce practical learning.
• Deliver lectures, workshops, and mentorship sessions both in classroom settings and through project‑based activities.
• Evaluate student performance through data‑focused assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay current with emerging trends and tools in data science to keep course content relevant.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in data science, analytics, and data analysis concepts.
• Solid foundation in statistics and analytical methodologies.
• Proven experience designing and delivering educational content to diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
