Dynamic Salesperson – Customer‑Focused Retail Role

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, result‑driven Salesperson to join our retail team. The successful candidate will sell products, ensure customer satisfaction, and help grow our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sales activities to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
• Handle cash and credit transactions in line with company policy.
• Attract and retain customers through effective merchandising.
• Provide excellent, customer‑centric service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Strong teamwork, self‑motivation, and initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow business policies and procedures.
