About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic sales representative to promote and sell our specialty cakes. The role involves direct interaction with customers, taking orders, and ensuring a delightful experience that drives repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers in person or via phone to present cake options and take orders.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall revenue goals.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Provide friendly and professional service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
