About the role
The Head of Corporate & Investment Banking in Botswana will adopt and nuance the regional CIB strategy across a cluster of countries, maintaining franchise positioning and focusing on client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial, multi‑functional team to enhance competitiveness and market positioning.
- Collaborate with regional and Group stakeholders to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions for targeted sectors.
- Drive client‑centric initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and align social priorities.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate diploma in Business or Commerce.
- 3‑7 years of experience in business management, technology integration, and multi‑product solution delivery.
- Proven track record of leading multi‑year change programmes across diverse stakeholders and countries.
- Experience governing businesses within fiduciary and governance frameworks.
