About the role

The Contracts Manager leads the full lifecycle of assigned construction projects, ensuring each becomes a “Model Project” that delivers maximum profit, zero safety incidents, uncompromising quality, and strict adherence to the timetable.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring and close‑out from a regional office while maintaining authority over site teams.
• Align site execution with executive strategy, translating high‑level goals into actionable site‑level plans.
• Drive profitability by managing budgets, cost control and financial performance.
• Guarantee safety standards, quality benchmarks and schedule compliance on every project.
• Analyse site reports, identify true project health, and intervene early to mitigate risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including engineering, procurement and construction crews, to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Master‑level understanding of construction economics and project management principles.
• Proven ability to interpret complex site data and make decisive, risk‑focused decisions.
