Executive role leading Standard Bank's Corporate & Investment Banking franchise in Botswana, shaping regional strategy and delivering integrated client solutions. The position balances local market positioning with the priorities of Africa Regions management and the wider Group.
Key responsibilities
- Adapt and implement the regional CIB strategy for the Botswana cluster while maintaining franchise positioning.
- Lead client experience and develop multi‑product solutions across targeted sectors.
- Represent Africa Regions management and oversee a specialised multifunctional team.
Required profile
- Postgraduate diploma in business or commerce.
- Proven experience using technology and data insights to create multi‑product solutions.
- Track record of leading cross‑country change, governance and client‑centric initiatives.
