About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. In this remote position you will drive top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, identifying target accounts, and initiating meaningful contact across phone, email, and social channels.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify leads using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget, and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM system.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection with power backup.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar digital communication platforms.
