Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for our growing team in Francistown. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires, while championing our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions.
• Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
• Strong background in hiring strategies and employer branding.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
