About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our fast‑paced retail location. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring superior customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, lead, control and organise daily store operations to achieve sales targets.
• Manage administration, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and replenishment.
• Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards and visual appeal.
• Ensure safety, security and compliance with company policies.
• Promote customer centricity and deliver exceptional service.
• Lead, coach and develop store staff, fostering teamwork and self‑management.

Required profile

• Minimum Grade 12 education.
• 3‑5 years of management experience in retail.
• Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen and execution drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven people‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• High integrity, resilience and a "can‑do" attitude.
