About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our fast‑paced retail location. The role focuses on driving profitability, ensuring superior customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, lead, control and organise daily store operations to achieve sales targets.
- Manage administration, financial reporting and budgeting.
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy and replenishment.
- Maintain store presentation, merchandising standards and visual appeal.
- Ensure safety, security and compliance with company policies.
- Promote customer centricity and deliver exceptional service.
- Lead, coach and develop store staff, fostering teamwork and self‑management.
Required profile
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- 3‑5 years of management experience in retail.
- Retail Management or Business Diploma is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and execution drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proven people‑management and decision‑making abilities.
- High integrity, resilience and a "can‑do" attitude.
