Finance Manager – Financial Reporting & Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead our financial reporting, budgeting and cash‑flow management functions. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams to provide insight that drives strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor daily and monthly cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
• Perform detailed variance analysis (YTD, ITM) and explain performance drivers.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Collaborate with budget owners to gather inputs, validate assumptions and challenge plans.
• Provide comparative analysis of forecast versions and highlight risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain strong financial controls and safeguard assets.
• Partner with operational and commercial teams to support strategic decision‑making.
• Deliver clear financial insights and performance reporting to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting systems and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management or senior accounting roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CFA is a strong advantage.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end results.
• Strong understanding of cash‑flow management, working capital and financial controls.
• Experience in business partnering with operational and commercial teams.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, internal controls and financial governance.
• Experience in FMCG, Sales & Distribution or Logistics environments is advantageous.
